What is Redo Package Protection?
When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, it is allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for *free (please see asterisk below). 

*All returns and exchanges are subject to the guidelines and exclusions outlined in our Return/Exchange Policy. 

Redo package protection protects against: theft, delivered not received, lost in transit or damage while in transit. Please note that it does not cover your package after transit with carrier. 

Please also note that Package Protection is not refundable once order has shipped.
