What is Redo?
When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for *free. 

Redo package protection protects against: theft, delivered not received, lost in transit or damage while in transit. Please note that it does not cover your package after transit with carrier. 

Please also note that Package Protection is not refundable once order has shipped.
