30-Day “No Questions” Asked Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchased ring or need a different size, you are welcome to return or exchange it within 30 days of your delivery date. If you find it necessary to exchange or return your purchased ring, the return must be processed according to our return policy which is outlined in more detail here - Return Policy.
The exception to this rule are personalized items. We do not accept returns for refunds, on any personalized items, such as engraved items (US only), including any gift or ring we (or you) have had engraved. ALL PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS.

Limited Lifetime Warranty -
We are proud to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty for all of our rings - FREE of charge. Please note, you will be charged for return shipping (if applicable)! Your ring is protected against Manufacturing Defects. We do reserve the right to void the warranty if a customer is abusing the warranty or rings, as set forth in the exceptions below.
Please note: This does not cover normal wear and tear (plating), weight gain/loss (size change), loss or theft and is non-transferable (i.e., valid only for the original purchaser only).
Please Note These Exceptions to the Limited Lifetime Warranty for All Ring Lines:
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover size changes due to weight loss/gain (size change), scratches or damage incurred due to abuse or normal wear and tear, abnormal environmental conditions, exposure to harsh chemicals, negligence, use contrary to care instructions, or loss of the ring. Alternative metal rings are scratch resistant but not scratch proof. Tungsten may break if dropped on hard floors or often exposed to harsh chemicals (bleach, Lysol, hand sanitizer). Solid gold does scratch and a simple trip to a local jeweler for a buffing will smooth out your scratches. But please note, that taking your Manly Bands ring to a local jeweler can void your Limited Lifetime Warranty (especially if it causes more damage to the ring). Gold or color plating will wear over time but will wear faster if exposed to harsh chemicals (including hand sanitizer).
Also, please be advised that obvious submerged water damage to your wood ring will void your Limited Lifetime Warranty as natural wood rings are not meant to be submerged in water. Our rings containing wood are premium and considered to be tougher. While it is always a good idea to take them off before swimming or showering, just to be extra safe.
If we suspect that you are abusing the rights granted to you under the Limited Lifetime Warranty or otherwise making a false claim of defect, we reserve the right to void your Limited Lifetime warranty.
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, (I) YOUR PURCHASE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK; (II) EACH RING IS PURCHASED “AS-IS”; AND (III) WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE.
In no case shall Manly Bands or its managers, members, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your ownership, wear or use of any product purchased from us, or for any other claim related in any way to your purchase of any product, including any claim for personal injury or death. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
