I'm an International Customer. How does this work?Updated a month ago

Shipping Costs?

At this time, the customer will be charged for shipping to and from us. If you'd like expedited shipping, options will be at checkout.  


Manly Bands 101: (determine when your item will ship out)

  • "In Stock" rings and accessories: these are rings / gifts that ship out within a few days. 
  • "Made to Order" rings: These rings have a 3-4 week lead time (once we have your size) until they get shipped. Once we have your chosen size, we will start crafting your ring.
  • "Custom Rings" (currently not available): These rings have a 4-6 week lead time (once we have your size) until they get shipped. Once we have your chosen size, we will start crafting your ring.


How long does shipping take internationally?

Standard Shipping - Up to 14 business days, please note that delivery timeframe may vary depending on order having to go through customs. 

**Allow 1-2 business days for order processing for in-stock items and please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays**


More on Vat and Duties:

*PLEASE NOTE: There may be some VAT taxes or duty fees, depending on your country. The total fee depends on the value of the item you're purchasing and your country's rules on import taxes. Also your customs department may hold up shipping until you pay your duty fees (if this happens, you'll likely be contacted by the carrier, or your home customs department). Please be aware of the possibility of that delay if your timing is tight. Manly Bands is not responsible for your customs fees and if you refuse your shipment because of them, we will not be able to process a refund as the package will be stuck at your customs facility. If you're concerned about customs fees, we recommend you contact the customs department in your particular country to get more specific information as to what they would charge before placing your order.

**Getting your size right is always a doozie. For best results in getting you size right, we highly recommend buying our US sizer so you can nail your size the first time.


Exchanges and Returns?

Return/Refund Policy:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to Return your ring for a full refund back to your original form of payment (see exceptions below). Please note that you will be charged for return shipping back to us. Please reuse the shipping materials we shipped to you! They are meant to be reused to do our small part for the world.

Exchange Policy:

You may process one free exchange during your first 30 days of ownership. AND we even pay for shipping both ways - that's how much we like you. Please reuse the shipping materials we shipped to you! 

Before you process your exchange, grab a free plastic sizer to double check your size, as we offer only one free exchange.

Exchange tips! (If you're in a hurry)

  • Too big:
    • If you shake your hand (like you're waving goodbye to your new in-laws) and the ring flies off your hand, head HERE and get the free plastic ring sizer before processing your exchange. (Available for US Customers only right now).
    • If it generally fits (and doesn't fall past your knuckle when you shake your hand) but slides off when you wash your hands, go a half size DOWN.
  • Too small:
    • If you can get it over your knuckle but your finger turns red...or blue, take a deep breath and go a half size UP.
    • Too small: If you can't get it over your knuckle at all, head HERE and get the free plastic ring sizer to nail that next size. (Available for US Customers only right now).

*Exceptions to this Ring Returns & Exchanges Rule:

  • Engraved rings (US only)  are considered customized rings and may NOT be returned. However, they may be exchanged for size once, within 30 days with an applicable $30 restocking fee.
  • Custom rings are Final Sale and may NOT be returned. However, they may be exchanged for size once, within 30 days.
  • Promotional items (free silicone band with purchase, free ring sizer, etc) may not be returned.
  • Final Sale items (some Manly Gifts and ring sizers are final sale) are not eligible for return. See product pages for details.

**PLEASE NOTE: All rings must be in clean, "unworn," and salable condition to be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee on any rings returned with excessive scratching or other abuse.
