I ordered the wrong thing, how do I cancel my order?Updated a year ago

The fastest way to cancel an order is to email: [email protected] or utilize the chat feature on the bottom right of the site. Our phone lines are crazy busy but email and chat teams are amazing - and usually able to respond fastest.

Just know that our warehouse team is sometimes very fast in getting shipments out but as long as it hasn't shipped out, we are more than happy to cancel your order, as needed. If you need to change your order, we can cancel and then you can place a new order on our website.
